Premadasa believes in the power of slowing down one's practice in order to bring balance to body, breath, mind, intellect, and spirit. He incorporates aspects of meditation, visualization, and breathing techniques during his Yin Yoga classes. His background in Kriya Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy informs his delivery of the Yin practice which is accessible to all levels of practice as he provides the option to modify or deepen one's experience based on their level of aptitude and/or present situation while in the practice.
