Penny Roberts Oxted & Islington
Penny Roberts has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and also has a Yoga Therapy Diploma. Penny completed the first Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Paul and Suzee Grilley in July 2008.
Penny teaches Yin Yoga and also specialises in Prenatal Yoga, Baby Yoga and 1-1 sessions (Therapy or private class). She is also a Senior Therapist at the Yoga Therapy Centre in Islington, London, and a mentor for trainee Yoga Therapy students.
Yin Yoga classes are held on Mondays 7.30 – 9pm in Hurst Green, Oxted, Surrey, UK; on Wednesdays at 9.30 – 11am in Limpsfield, Surrey and 8 – 9.30pm in Caterham, Surrey.
