Pauline Dams

Pauline Dams     Sint Michielsgestel

After the first teacher training with Pamela Hollander in California, "yoga for kids' Pauline did the 500 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training at the Temple of Kriya, Chicago, and kept on studying with her teachers from the Temple, William Hunt and Kim Schwartz (therapeutic yoga). Pauline lived in California for 2 years and 6 years in Chicago, she trained with many well-known teachers. In the spring of 2011 Pauline took the yin yoga teacher training with Paul and Suzy Grilley. The yin training was a whole new perspective on practising and teaching yoga. After that, her restorative classes in the Northshore of Chicago made a shift towards yin and became a place for people to grow into better habitants in their bodies and mind.

In the summer of 2012 Pauline moved back to her home country The Netherlands, where she teaches hatha yoga and yin yoga.
