Pascalle Kester

Pascalle Kester     Rotterdam

Pascalle is a dedicated yoga practitioner with many years of experience. Since 2011, she has been teaching both Hatha and Yin Yoga. She is a certified Saswitha Yoga teacher and completed her 200hr Yin Yoga training with Anat Geiger and Marcel van de Vis Heil (YogaGarden), as well as Esther Scheen (Pure Energy Yoga / 150+hr).

In her classes, Pascalle offers a grounded and intuitive approach, often inspired by the seasons and the subtle body. She combines physical stillness with energetic awareness, creating space for inner exploration and deep rest.

In addition to her weekly group yoga classes, Pascalle offers one-on-one breathwork sessions and personal coaching, as well as group sound baths. Her work supports a holistic path toward balance and wellbeing.
