Pamela Ronstadt, e-RYT 500, YACEP , TIYT has been on the Yin Yoga train for over a decade. She was asked to sub a yin class and, knowing absolutely nothing, of course said yes. The power of yin was evident in that first class and she has spent thousands of hours in study and practice since. She currently offers yin yoga teacher training both locally and internationally and teaches yin at her local studios. She is a passionate advocate for the practice of yin as a compliment to our yang.
