Pamela Hamilton

Pamela Hamilton       Fredericton

Pamela Hamilton has practiced various styles of Yoga (Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin) for over 40 years. In 2019, Pamela completed the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Semperviva Yoga (since closed) in Vancouver, BC. In 2020, 50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training, with Diana Batts and Bernie Clark and Meditation (40hr) with Nathalie Keiller. In 2021 Pamela completed certifications as a Breath Coach and Yoga Trapeze instructor.

Pamela’s practice is designed to bring awareness to the deeper tissues including joints, ligaments and the network of fascia that holds everything together.  We use a variety of assistive props and move into and out of Yin forms slowly. Resting in the forms enables us to take stock of what & where we feel sensations, make adjustments as appropriate, then relax into stillness for 3-5 minutes (or longer with continued practice). This practice is suitable for all levels of experience.
