I started my work on Yin Yoga in 2005. In 2006, after a 100 hour-long training, I received my “Yin Yoga and Meditation Teacher’s Training Certificate” from Sarah Powers. I attended the 20-hour trainer certificate program the same year, again by Sarah Powers. In 2007, I attended the “Yin Yoga, Anatomy and Meditation Trainers Certificate” program of 100 hours organized by Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers and completed 220 hours on Yin Yoga.

After receiving my Hatha Yoga Trainer certificate from the Vivekananda Yoga Institute (India) in 2003, I started teaching yoga. I have worked with various trainers on different techniques, which led me to Anusara Yoga. In addition, I became a certified Yoga Bugs teacher in 2005 and have been teaching yoga to kids ever since. I have a published book and articles on children’s yoga.

I am happy that Yin Yoga is a part of my yoga practice, both as a student and a trainer. I believe that Yin Yoga and its philosophy, shows the way to freedom, peace and happiness for the benefit of all beings.
