Olga Carl        Krakow

Olga is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 500) with a deep passion for functional Yin Yoga and mindful movement. She trained with Gemma Vassallo and Kathy Páez, developing a functional approach to Yin Yoga.

Her classes are designed for all levels, offering a safe space to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with body and mind. She also guides students in Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing practice that calms the nervous system and nurtures inner peace.

Olga believes yoga is not about achieving poses, but about cultivating awareness, presence, and self-care, helping students find relaxation, clarity, and a deeper connection with themselves.
