Inspired by her mother’s 30 years of practice and teaching, Nova/Karuna has passionately devoted herself to Yoga since she was a child. Having studied with many of the foremost names in Yin and Vinyasa, today her unwavering commitment and focus have earned her an extensive and growing reputation as an innovative and inspirational Yin Yoga teacher (RYT500).
Nova currently runs a private Yoga Therapy practice in London, where her clients have included many prominent people and organisations. She also runs regular yin workshops, retreats and classes across London. She was also lucky enough to work with the Canadian Armed Forces to teach yoga and meditation to cultivate calm and relaxation post-tour, and the Canadian Olympic Swimming Team commissioned Nova to teach Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Mediation sessions prior to competition. Nova’s unique sequences and fun style have inspired students across the world, and at her studios in Koh Tao, Thailand and Kensington, London UK.
