Completed 200hr hatha flow yoga teacher training with Esther Ekhart and yin training with Joshua Summers. I have also attended workshops with Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley. Noreen loves to make yoga accessible to everybody so they can feel the great joy that yoga can bring and show them how to accept and love their bodies just as they are.
