Nienke de Heer

Nienke de Heer     Sneek, Netherlands and Malaga, Spain

Since 2011 I have been teaching Yin Yoga, after completing Level I and II of the first YYTT in the Netherlands.  In my classes I can't stress enough to be kind to yourself, which shows in using props and adressing your inner smile for example.  The opening meditation and taking time for the rebound when you come out of a pose matter dear to me because I feel it is essential to open a doorway.  A passage to the awareness of your body, mind and spirit.  As a professional musician I regularly use my voice, Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments during private or group yin sessions and in the sessions on my Youtube channel Yinspiration.

I teach in the Netherlands, in the province of Malaga, Spain and on Youtube.
