Nicholas has been practicing Yoga since 1998. His passion for this ancient practice grew into becoming a certified Yoga teacher in Hatha, and recently completed teacher training in Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark. He is also the Director of the Soma Yoga Retreat in Greece, where he teaches and tour guides in the Greek islands. While in Vancouver, Canada, he teaches at the Body Harmony Studio as a Yin Yoga instructor. Since his first Yoga class, he realized he wanted to share his experience and teach others the wonders of Yoga.
