Nicholas Nahat is registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200. Formal training was completed through the Center for Yoga in Michigan. Much gratitude to Yin Yoga teachers Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers for the development of this practice and their deep learning and sharing. Yin Yoga is a special discipline which opens the mind/body in unique ways over time; classes center on the use of this yoga to discover and support the deeper Self in its physical, mental, and spiritual aspects usually overlooked in the clamor of everyday life.
Yin Yoga and other yoga classes are currently offered in private sessions in Southeast Michigan.
