Ngan Ha       Ho Chi Minh City

Ngan’s path to Yin Yoga was totally unplanned. As a dedicated Vipassana meditation practitioner, Ngan finds in Yin Yoga a nourishing inner space to cultivate mindfulness and observe all emotional patterns without reacting or distracting from them. At first, Ngan practiced Yin Yoga by herself as a committed self-love practice and also a way to deepen her meditation practice. But the more she commits, the more she falls in love with Yin and would like to pursue it wholeheartedly.

Each Yin practice is a wonderful treat in which the practitioner takes full residence in body and let the inner healing begin. Her practice is guided from the heart and embedded with mindfulness. With a sonic Yoga voice, Ngan can guide each participant to plunge inward to witness the truths in their bodies and minds for the first time. Ngan believes that Yin Yoga, coupled with Mindfulness meditation would aid you mature spiritually into a whole being.
