Nazli Tuba Çati    Istanbul

Nazli is a lawyer and a yoga instructor from Istanbul, Turkey. She and her three friends opened their studio, NIPDA (Nirmal International Personal Development Academy), in July of 2012. She fell in love with Yin Yoga in 2010 and has been practising Yin Yoga and meditation regularly since then. She considers herself as a lifelong student of yoga. Her yogic beliefs are based on Patanjali’s eight-fold path.

She listens to her students and structures her class according to their needs. Nazli’s classes take you on a journey of re-awakening, healing & freeing the body from muscular stiffness. Nazli’s philosophy is to allow students to practice mindfulness and listen to their body through the breath. Her classes incorporate meditation.
