She is a Kinesiologist and ACSM Clinical Exercise Specialist, providing rehabilitation and exercise therapy to those with injury and chronic disease. She will be completing the Yoga Therapy Program in 2014.

“Even after so many years of study, I simply cannot stop learning. I am a sponge! A recent venture to India led me to an Ashtanga intensive and opened my eyes wider Ayurveda and the therapeutics of yoga in healing the body. Upon my return, I studied Yin with Bernie Clark, and am now working through the Yoga Therapy Program and offering both Yin and Yang classes to provide a wonderful balance for my students.”

Natalie offers a unique Freestyle Flow, Yin classes and workshops. With a kinesiological approach, Natalie focuses on assisting individuals to find the optimal asana for their individual body, providing education and guidance, helping students to deepen their practice and have fun!
