I’m a Power and Yin yoga teacher whose passion is to bring into your life both complementing yoga practices, including not only stressing your muscles but also joints and fascia. I want to share yoga and its tremendous benefits to our body and, more importantly, our mind.
I’ve completed 200H power yoga training and 50H Yin yoga with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts. I’m also a meditation and Pranayama enthusiast which I teach in all yoga styles but predominantly in my Yoga Nidra course aimed at relaxation and easing into a restful sleep.
My classes are characterised by focus on your individual biology and adopting poses to suit your body and your individual variations. All classes are designed to be unique and personalised to your needs and goals. I teach online private and group classes.
