Naomi’s yoga journey began unexpectedly in 2014 when she walked into a studio, intending to start working out but instead discovered the transformative world of yoga. She earned her teaching certification in 2017 and has been sharing her passion for yoga ever since.
Her teaching repertoire includes gentle yoga, Hatha yoga, and hot yoga, with her latest addition being Yin yoga—a style she deeply connects with for its meditative and restorative qualities. Naomi strives to create a supportive and mindful environment in her classes, helping students find balance, both physically and mentally.
