Nancy Nelson

Nancy Nelson        Denton

Nancy has been teaching yoga since 2012 and completed both her 200 and 300 hour trainings through Inspire Yoga in the Dallas area. She grew to love and have a passion for the quiet space and long-held stretches of yin and later completed the 50-hour training with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts.

She leads yin yoga classes and weekend immersions at Inspire Yoga and online webinars related to yin through her website. In each of her classes, she hopes to create a space of acceptance, compassion and the opportunity to begin again with each breath.
