Nadia Dala Antwerp
Nadia Dala practices yoga for over 30 years. She started at the age of fourteen. After severe trauma in her childhood, yoga allowed her to regain control of her body and mind through the practice of “hatha yoga”, “yoga nidra”, breathing exercises (“pranayama”) and meditation techniques.
After an exciting career in journalism & media, she reaches out to others. Dala teaches different styles of yoga, both Yin and Yang. Her specialization is Yin Yoga. Dala followed a 200 YTT alignment oriented flow yoga – Anusara/Hatha, a 100 YTT Yin Yoga and Anatomy training, 80 hours YTT Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Meditation and the Certified Yoga Instructor Flanders/ European Union training. She added 40 hours of deep anatomy in person Yin training with Bernie Clark. And Trauma Sensitive Yoga trainings.
