Mysan Sidbo    Sydney

Mysan comes from an athletic background that from years of hard training caused her injury, which eventually guided her to practicing and teaching yoga. Hatha yoga was her first yoga adventure, completing 500 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher training, commencing to teach and spread good health and happiness. Due to over a decade of chronic back and knee pain, she started to experiment with longer held poses, feeling the healing magic they provided, Mysan got more curious about it. She connected with Paul Grilley and his teachings to learn what Yin yoga is all about. Now, after completing the four main levels of Paul’s Yin teacher training, Mysan continues her training with Paul as well as assisting him in his teachings.

Mysan’s home base is Sydney’s Northern Beaches, where she teaches weekly classes and monthly workshops. She also teaches 100 hour Yin Teacher Trainings as well as Yoga Anatomy courses in Sydney and internationally.
