MyLinda began practicing yoga in 1994 and has been devoted to the service of yoga ever since! MyLinda has over 8,300 hours of yoga teaching experience and thousands more in personal practice. In addition, MyLinda has extensively studied Therapeutic Alignment Yoga, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, Energy Healing, Energy Medicine and Medical Intuition. MyLinda founded, owns and directs Altamonte Springs Yoga & Yoga University of Florida both located in Orlando, Florida.
