My Yin classes focus on mindful stillness, embodied awareness, and gentle exploration of each person’s inner landscape. I invite students to slow down, soften deeply, and observe sensation with curiosity rather than effort.
Drawing on my background in yoga teaching and wellness education, I create a supportive space where students can regulate the nervous system, improve mobility, and connect more closely with breath and body. I especially enjoy offering practices that balance intensity with rest, helping students build resilience, calm, and clarity.
My approach is inclusive, grounding, and accessible, with options for different bodies, experience levels, and needs.
