After being in a car accident that impacted my mobility and lifestyle, I took my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Maui in 2014. In 2018 I took my meditation training with Wendy Weymann, and in 2021 I took my yin yoga teacher training with Lauren Roegele.
What I love most about yin yoga is twofold: physically I enjoy the ability to practice even when I am feeling tired and mentally, I enjoy that it continuously teaches me about my patterns of action off the mat.
