Yin yoga has been a part of my life for many years, this practice has helped me grow stronger and more resilient both on and off the mat, especially as I age. Yin yoga inspires me to take time in the moment and explore the changes in my body, my breath and my life. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers and the folks that I share my practice with have in turn shared with me. I hope to help others thrive by nurturing their body, mind and soul with yoga. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
