I am the proud owner of Simply Yoga of Delray Beach in sunny Florida, we have been established since June of 2006. Our studio offers more then 40 creative Hatha Yoga classes of which include, Yin, Restorative, Hatha Flow, Healthy Backs, Open Yoga, Kundalini & a Yoga Alliance School of Hatha Yoga, Teachers Training Program. I have been practicing over 20 years and teaching since 2002. The practice has changed my world and I am blessed to wake up everyday to give to others the amazing gifts of Yoga.
