Mikaela Perera Brighton
Mikaela is an established yoga teacher in Brighton, England. She teaches Yin Yoga using Paul Grilley’s methodology and Hiroshi Motoyama’s chakra and meridian theory. She also directs the Brighton Yoga Festival and teaches other forms of yoga such as Rocket, Power and Hatha. Her Yin Yoga training was with The Yoga People.
