Teaching yoga since 2007, Michelle brings ease and enjoyment to all her classes. Michelle received her 200 hour vinyasa and hatha training from YogaSpace, Toronto and did her yin training with Bernie Clark. One of her endeavors that Michelle is most proud of is the creation of the Eat Well Feel Well Program; a 6-week program that combines the principles of holistic nutrition and yoga. The program has been running since 2010.
Michelle is known for her warm and friendly personality, and strong and comforting hands-on assists. Her classes are infused with inspiration and insight, giving students space to release and connect within.
