I love to learn and share I am never happier than when teaching or being on a training. Yoga has been my practice for over 30 years and I have been teaching Hatha yoga for 8 years. I have training in Purna yoga, Core Yoga, Meditation and most recently Yin Yoga. I am also trained in Pilates, Qigong and Nia.

Learning about TCM, the meridians and the 5 elements from the yin yoga and qigong training has been a wonderful gift to my teaching. At my studio I teach a full program every week. Having trained in various movement modalities means I can bend a practice to suit the student not the other way around. I run regular workshops and retreats where we can fully immerse ourselves into greater sensory awareness and stillness using yin and qigong practices.
