Michelle Pietrzak-Wegner Minneapolis
Michelle is a certified Yoga Instructor & Yoga Therapist. She has studied Yin Yoga with both Paulie Zink and Paul Grilley. She offers pure Yin classes as well as Yin Yang combination classes combining the deep yielding of yin with the flowing movement of Yang (a gentle vinyasa). An emphasis on mindfulness, inward-looking, and taoist philosophy accompanies her teaching.
