Michelle Kronenberg E-RTY 500 Malibu, California
Michelle Kronenberg has been a yoga teacher and facilitating health and wellness for more then 20 years in the Los Angeles area. Her therapeutic approach uses Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Somatic Experiencing and Iyengar Yoga. Michelle is a Yoga Therapist in private practice specializing in stress reduction, trauma, cancer, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression.
Michelle has studied Yin Yoga with Paul and Suzee Grilley. She has studied extensively since 1990 with some of the worlds top teachers including the Iyengars and Pattabhi Jois. She trained at Yoga Works in 1998. She is mostly influenced from the practice of Vipassana Meditation and her studies with Lisa Walford, Erich Schiffman and Dona Holleman. She currently teaches at her studio in Malibu, Yoga Works and The Serenity Trauma Healing Center.
