Michelle Finch ERYT-500    Indianapolis

Michelle is a dedicated student of Yin & Vinyasa yoga as well as the teachings of meditation and mindfulness. She has devoted herself to absorbing the vast amount of knowledge from her many master teachers over the years. As a registered yoga teacher at the ERYT-500 hour level, she has completed over 700 hours of training in Yin & mediation with Sarah Powers, Bernie Clark & Jo Phee in addition to 700 hours in more vigorous forms of yoga with various esteemed teachers. Furthermore, Michelle lead's three unique 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training modules in Indianapolis.
