Michelle Chaloner Edmonton
I began practicing yoga about 15 years ago as a way to reduce stress and anxiety in my life. My growing passion for yoga eventually led me to pursue a career as a yoga instructor, so I can inspire others to destress and live a more balanced life as they discover the many benefits of yoga practice. I fell in love with the calming and amazing health benefits of yin yoga through my own practice and observing how it has changed the lives of my students. I am RYT 200 accredited and yin yoga certified through Bernie Clark. I am striving to continue my yoga training through self study and adding more training in the future.
I am currently renting a beautiful studio space in a church. I teach Hatha on Wednesdays and Yin on Thursdays. I also add in workshops and will float around and teach where I am needed.
