Michele began teaching yoga in 2001. She discovered Yin Yoga in 2005 and has been hooked ever since. As an ongoing student of Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley in 2008 she seriously began studying and deepening her understanding of the purpose, method and effects of this contemplative practice in the body, heart and mind. She has also taken Yin Yoga from Paulie Zink. Michele has completed her Level II Insight Yoga – Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training with Sarah Powers.
