I have been teaching Yin Yoga classes for 5 years in Central Florida and workshops for 3 years. I have 60 hours of teacher training with Joe Barnett specific to Yin Yoga in addition to my 200 hour comprehensive teacher training certificate. I am currently working towards receiving my 615 hour certificate in alignment based yoga. I love sharing the benefit of yoga for connective tissues with students in my classes and workshops.
