Mia Walshaw’s Yin Yoga classes provide relaxation and head to toe stretching and re-alignment. Students leave feeling lighter and more flexible than when they started.
Additionally, Mia is trained in vinyasa flow, hot power fusion (a Bikram style class) and sculpt (a HIIT class combining weights with yoga flow).
Mia also leads creativity and yoga workshops where participants are guided through a yoga flow designed to release fear and ignite creativity. An innovative and insightful speaker, Mia then encourages participants to tap into their creativity with writing exercises. When not teaching yoga or leading workshops, Mia helps writers realize their publishing dreams.
