I have always loved challenging myself and learning new things. One of the most important things I’ve learned over the years is that movement is medicine. When done safely, movement can be extremely rewarding, and everyone can enjoy its positive results.

Our mission is to support healing, nourishing and liberating movement.  We want everyone to understand mindful movement can be medicine to nourish the soul.  No two bodies are exactly the same and we treat each individual with kindness, compassion and empathy. Here at Core Balance Movement we celebrate each day as a  gift to better ourselves — mind, body and spirit learning to live in the present moment.
