Melissa strives for students to feel amazed by their yoga practice! With this in mind, she meets students right where they are when they arrive on their yoga mats, helping each make a stronger connection with body, mind, and spirit through modification-forward asana, breathing techniques, and guided meditation.
A former VP, figure skater, and race car driver, Melissa took her first yoga class in 2012 as a way to manage stress and regain range of motion. Yoga delivered! Today she is E-RYT® 500 certified and a YACEP® with specialized training in yoga philosophy, guided meditation, pranayama, yin yoga, and yang forms of yoga.
