Meghan Kajtazovic      Surrey

Born and raised on the west coast of British Columbia, I have always felt extremely connected to the Earth, Nature, and curious about the science that brings it all together.  From a young age, I have enjoyed studying beliefs from all over the world, and finding out that kindness is universal.

You can usually find me traveling with my family,  in the Yoga studio, or outside looking UP.

I discovered Yoga in 2008, and quickly adapted the practice in every way.  Bikram Yoga was my primary practice,  and added Yin Yoga as a compliment (YIN to the YANG, if you will).  I have since been practicing every day, and now have incorporated all styles of Yoga into my life.  I love the body/mind connection it has brought to me, as well as the health benefits. I began my teacher training with Bernie Clark, Meditation with Nathalie Keiller, and am constantly pursuing my quest for further education to enhance my Yoga path and share with my students.

It is my true belief that all Yoga should be inclusive for everyone, practiced in our daily lives, and in turn,  it will provide real physical and mental benefits.
