Although Meena has been practicing yoga for over a decade, after her cancer diagnosis in 2011, yoga became a healing element integrated within her health journey. In Spring 2015, after re-igniting her passion, Meena has begun privately teaching guided meditations and Yin Yoga. Meena has taken her Yin Yoga training with Stephanie Staniforth, who was directly mentored by Sarah Powers and Insight Yoga Institute. Her interests lie in the sharing infinite benefits of mindfulness meditation within the practice of life.
