Maylin Jue   Washington, D.C.

Maylin discovered Yin Yoga in 2012 and found it incredibly beneficial for her own pain, tension, and fascia release. Maylin decided to pursue a yoga teacher training program so she could share this practice with others and completed her 200-hour teaching program with Yoga District. Maylin has also completed 50 hours of Yin Yoga Training with Bernie Clark and is certified in Reiki 1. Maylin strongly believes in making yoga accessible to all body types and conditions and works closely with her students to find the variation of the poses and props that work for them. Maylin teaches weekly yin and yin/yang yoga classes at multiple Yoga District locations.
