Matteo Soranzo      Milan

I’m Matteo, and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.

I started meditating and practicing Yoga in 2019 and it has helped me tremendously mentally and physically over the last few years. In 2022, I decided to dive deeper into my practice, so I went to Rishikesh in India, the Yoga Capital of the World to study Yoga. I completed 200 hours of Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, and then 85 hours of Yin Yoga Teacher Training.

I taught yoga classes of Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga in a yoga studio in Peru and some private classes here and there for the first few months of 2023. At the end of the year, I came back to Rishikesh and I completed another 300 hours of Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training course.

I love practicing and teaching Yoga, both Yang and Yin practices, as for me it is a form of meditation, connection, and recentering within myself. I hope you too will join me on this beautiful and rewarding journey! Namaste 🙂
