Mary Gunning

Mary Gunning       Dublin

Mary is a Yoga & Meditation teacher, Reiki Master, Sound healer, Aromatherapist and Expedition trek leader. She is passionate about nature, travel and a lover of life. She is a qualified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. She is a Relax and Renew Advanced Trainer   and Yin Yoga teacher.

She has been practicising Yin yoga for a number of years and loves the way that Yin Yoga is a slow, quiet, mindful practice, to really connect with your body and to practice in a functional way, with the benefits carrying over into other aspects of life. Her classes reflect a mindful approach and encourage students to personalise their practice. Her aim is to get people to slow down from the fast pace life we live in – and to not be so hard on themselves! She teaches monthly workshops and retreats.
