Mary Beth has been studying and practicing yoga since the early 1990s and teaching yoga since 2009. She shares the exploration of yoga practices and philosophy in an accessible manner to help you hone a more graceful engagement with your everyday life.
 
She is endlessly inspired by the insights and grateful for the perspective provided by all her teachers from the breath-centered traditions mainly associated with Krishnamacharya.
 
She is also a certified holistic nutritionist and Functional Medicine and National Board Certified health coach. Practicing with her you will gain a healthy balance between effort and ease and develop your own inner and outer strength and flexibility.
