Yoga is a life resonance and a peaceful land for body, heart and mind. It is a bright path to letting go and a learning journey to take a step back from our active life and be mindful to the gift that life is giving us . I have learned through yoga to set boundaries, to listen to my body and heart and be mindful to life. After 8 years of yoga practice, being passionate about the benefit of yoga for body and mind, I completed a 200Hrs teacher training in Vinyasa/Hatha and Insight yoga teacher trainings level I and II with Sarah Powers. I am grateful to the yoga community for the vocational sharing and inspiration and for the opportunity to meet such nice people.
I appreciate in particular Yin yoga as an inner practice for healing the body, fostering energy flow through tissues, balancing our emotions in our body, opening heart and bringing peace and space in our mind for a mindful life.
