Mariam M. Sobhy Giza
Mariam Sobhy is a certified Yoga teacher & a life coach. She is the founder of Beit Mariam studio for spiritual/life transformation. Mariam started her yoga journey in 2010 as a regular yoga practitioner. Practiced many yoga types, trying to find her own way & changed her life to the life she dreamed of. Yoga and coaching was her way out to transform. She found her passion in practicing Ashtanga & YIN yoga. She found the magic of balancing between the two styles, the best of the two worlds were merged. She believes in Yoga & Coaching as two side of the same coin, both helps in transformation & learning about oneself.
