Maria Hagman    Mariestad & Skövde

“Having practised yinyoga since 2005 and teaching it since 2009, my style has grown to become more meditative. The yin classes consists of longer holds with as many props as you need and classes are always themed; either philosophical or physical.

Qualifying as a teacher in the UK 2003 I have taught yin and hatha classes since. Also offering pregnancy yoga, yoga for men and an exciting Hatha Yin mix that has grown very popular. I am always respecting the yogic heritage but focusing on a safe practise for enjoyable and long lasting effect.”
