Margaret P Nunnelly

Margaret P Nunnelly    Amherst

Margaret enjoys the slower, introspective aspects of Yin asana as well as the energy benefits which result from an intense practice. She is certified by Paul and Suzee Grilley as a teacher of Yin Yoga. Margaret also teaches hatha yoga. She received her yoga teaching certification in 2007. Margaret?s classes are presented in an informal leadership style, and her teaching incorporates methodologies from several styles of hatha yoga. She uses myths, stories, anatomy and personal experience to explain postures in a way that is meant to be technical, historical, and entertaining.
