Mandy Ryle    Omaha, Nebraska

I have been teaching Yin since 2009. It took me awhile to learn how to really soften in the practice so at first I wasn't a fan. Now though, it's my passion. I teach Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga as well but the beauty of Yin for me is the marriage of postures and meditation. It's the theory and technique of letting go that I am bringing into my life off the mat as well. I love the holding space element of classes and the storytelling that is possible through postures, ideas, stories and even music. In addition to group classes and privates, I am the director of Teacher Trainings at Sound Method including Yin training. I also offer retreats and trainings worldwide.
