Malú Doherty     Southboro, Mass.

Malú received her 200hr yoga teacher certification from The Kripalu Center of Yoga & Health under the guidance of Devarshi Steven Hartman and Suddha Carolyn Lundeen. She has continued her studies with Devarshi Steven Hartman and recently completed a year long intensive to become a yoga Acharya, one who teaches the deeper aspects of yoga from life experience. Through her studies she received her 500hr certification from Zen Spot Institute. Malú often assists programs at Kripalu and teacher trainings. As a Reiki master she often includes therapeutic touch in her yin classes while drawing on aspects of many wisdom and healing traditions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoist, and Shamanism. Expect to feel welcome, nurtured, and encouraged to self discover, in her compassionate approach to yin yoga.
